HOW TO USE:

Slot the pocket into the shell

Position the POD over the breast and ensure that the nipple is centered in the opening

Once in place, press the pocket of the POD to create suction. Suction can be adjusted by gently pressing the valve to reduce it, or by pressing the pocket to increase it

Pull your bra over the POD to keep it in place. Once you are done, press the valve to release the suction

Remove the POD and pour the milk through the opening in a milk bag or milk bottle
